Lana Reeves

Lana Reeves is the author of How to Love a Sinking Island, forthcoming from Penguin in June 2027. Her work is published or forthcoming in The Atlantic, Best New Poets, Gulf Coast, Meridian, Prairie Schooner, Southern Humanities Review, and elsewhere. She is a Kundiman Fellow and a 2026 National Book Critics Circle Emerging Critic. Originally from O'ahu, Hawai'i, she is currently a Harold Stirling Vanderbilt Fellow at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee.
